Service Description
You get a personalized experience tailored to your skill level and goals. It begins with a warm-up focusing on flexibility and strength, followed by instruction on foundational movements like spins and poses. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes or packages. Make-Up Classes: You’re allowed one make-up class per month for missed sessions. Attire Requirements: Wear shorts, tank tops, sport bras, or clothing that allows skin exposure for proper grip. No lotions or oils before class. Knee Pads: Knee pads are strongly recommended but not required. Heels: Optional for some routines — check my Instagram stories for class-specific updates. Health & Safety: You participate at your own risk. If you feel discomfort or pain, stop immediately and notify the instructor.
Cancellation Policy
Because space is limited, I am unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for Open Pole sessions. I kindly ask that you reserve only if you’re confident you can attend, so the spot doesn’t go unused. Thank you for your understanding and support. 💫
