Join our exhilarating Pole Dance Class and experience a dynamic workout that strengthens and tones your body. Perfect for all skill levels, this class combines fitness with fun, providing you with expert guidance and personalized attention. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes or packages. Make-Up Classes: You’re allowed one make-up class per month for missed sessions. Attire Requirements: Wear shorts, tank tops, sport bras, or clothing that allows skin exposure for proper grip. No lotions or oils before class. Knee Pads: Knee pads are strongly recommended but not required. Heels: Optional for some routines — check my Instagram stories for class-specific updates. Health & Safety: You participate at your own risk. If you feel discomfort or pain, stop immediately and notify me the instructor.
